Basingstoke Railway Social Club

Committee

 

The committee consists of 10 members, plus the President, Vice President, 2 officers comprising the Secretary and the Treasurer plus three trustees. The President, Vice president and Treasurer stand for election every year and the Committee members stand for election every two years. Elections are held the week following the AGM which is normally held in May. The exception is the Secretary who is elected on appointment only and the trustees who reamin in place until they resign.
