The Basingstoke Railway Social Club is a private members club registered under the Friendly Societies Act and is a member of the Working Men's Club Institute Union (CIU). The club has a very active sports and social calendar participating in a number of the local crib, pool and darts leagues as well as providing live entertainment every weekend. Situated just north of the Basingstoke railway station and town centre it is ideally located for very good public transport links both locally and via the south coast / London railway mainline.
The clubs charity will be the Basingstoke Branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society .
